NEUROMUSCULAR TREATMENT

This is a clinical based, interactive treatment suited best for those with chronic pain, stubborn muscles/range of motion, post-op patients, and certain injuries (as long as approved by medical doctor). During this 60 minute session, Elaina will briefly assess your condition, apply dry neuromuscular sequence to address pain pattern/s, incorporate stretching (if needed), traction and area specific massage in order to correct. *Please consult with Elaina if booking. 60/$100-

TARGET RX

This is our only 30 minute service available to those that need to address one specific area (i.e. back). This manual massage is meant to boost immunity, range of motion, provide relief and correction to "x" area. Please let your therapist know focal area when booking. 30/$55-

STRETCH-SAGE

Stretch and massage in one session! Receive private yoga tailored to meet your individual needs, and custom massage. Elaina will walk you through each pose and offer hands on assists to help you explore a deeper practice, or learn for the first time. Follow up with a massage that compliments your yoga practice. SIDE-LYING PRENATAL MASSAGE

This is a specialized massage tailored specifically for pregnant women. This is a gentle. adaptive massage focusing on addressing the unique needs and physical changes associated with being pregnant.
